Christmas 2018: the Nativity of St Peter's Square unveiled

Also this year on the square was set up a great scene with the birth of Jesus.

It is more than 16 meters wide and is entirely made of sand.

Four artists from Czech Republic, Holland, Russia and the US used 700 tons of sand to make this magnificent work.
